The following terms and conditions refer to Clicktoleads(“The Agency”) and its relationship with its clients and potential clients.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

 Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

 Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
Offerings for products and services on the Service are updated often. Information updates on the Service and our advertising on other websites may be delayed. The data accessible through the Service can be incomplete or outdated, as well as include mistakes or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service, and products or services may be mispriced, inaccurately represented, or unavailable. Therefore, we retain the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or update the material and to remedy any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

 Subscriptions
Subscriptions are required to use certain components of the Service (“Subscription(s)”). Your account will be billed on a recurrent and regular basis in advance (“Billing Cycle”). Depending on the sort of subscription plan you choose when buying a Subscription, billing cycles are either monthly or annual. Unless you specifically indicate otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the exact same terms unless you cancel it or Clicktoleads Inc. cancels it. Through your online account management page or by getting in touch with the Clicktoleads Inc customer service staff, you can cancel your Subscription renewal. To process the payment for your Subscription, a legitimate payment option—such as a credit card or PayPal—must be used.You must give correct and complete billing information to Clicktoleads Inc. This information must include your full name, address, state, zip code, phone number, and a valid payment method. By providing such payment information, you hereby give Clicktoleads Inc. permission to charge any such payment instruments with all Subscription fees incurred through your account. If for whatever reason automatic billing is unable to take place, Clicktoleads Inc. will send you an electronic invoice that requires you to manually make the entire payment for the relevant billing period by a specific deadline.

 Fee Changes
The Subscription costs for the Subscriptions may be changed at any moment and at Clicktoleads Inc’s sole discretion. Any changes to the Subscription charge will take effect at the conclusion of the Billing Cycle that is in force at the time. Any time the subscription prices change, Clicktoleads Inc will give you fair advance notice so you have time to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. You agree to pay the adjusted Subscription fee amount if you continue to use the Service after the Subscription fee change takes effect.

 Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

 Accounts
By opening an account with us, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that the data you give us is true, full, and up to date at all times. Your account on the Service may be immediately terminated if the information is inaccurate, lacking, or out of date. You are in charge of protecting the privacy of your account and password, which may include, but is not limited to, limiting who has access to your computer and/or account. Whether your password is for our Service or a third-party service, you consent to taking responsibility for any and all activities or actions carried out under your account and/or password. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us right away.

 Intellectual Property
You agree to protect Clicktoleads Inc, its licensees, and licensors, as well as their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service by you or anyone using your account and password, or b) a violation of these Terms.

 Limitation Of Liability
In no event will Clicktoleads Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;(iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” phrasing refers to how the service is offered. The Service is offered “as is” and without any explicit or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. The following statements are made by  Clicktoleads on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors: a) the Service will function without interruption, in a secure environment, or at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

 Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

 Governing Law

Without respect to its rules on conflicts of law, the laws of Canada shall govern and be applied to the interpretation of these Terms. No right or provision of these Terms will be deemed to have been waived by us if we fail to enforce it. The remainder of these Terms will still apply if a court rules any term of these Terms to be void or unenforceable. These Terms supersede and replace any earlier agreements we may have had between us regarding the Service and are the complete agreement between us regarding the Service.

 Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
